This policy covers returns, refunds, order problems, and cancellation requests for ZELVORIE purchases.

Return Period and Item Condition

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. For a standard return, an item should generally be unused and in its original condition, include original parts and accessories, include its packaging where reasonably possible, and be accompanied by proof of purchase or relevant order information.

How to Start

Email service@zelvorie.com before mailing anything. Provide your order number, the item, the reason for the request, and relevant photographs or video where useful. After review and approval, our team will supply the correct return warehouse address and instructions. Do not send goods to our registered business address unless specifically directed.

Return Shipping Costs

For an eligible return based on a change of mind or personal preference, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping. If damage, defect, incorrect or incomplete contents, or a material difference from the listing results from a product or fulfillment problem, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without adding costs caused by that error to the customer.

Inspection and Refunds

We may inspect returned items after receipt to confirm that the applicable return conditions have been met. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and are generally processed within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. The bank or payment provider may require additional time before the credit appears.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photographs or video where relevant. We will review the circumstances and provide a reasonable replacement, refund, or return arrangement.

Order Cancellation

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. We will make a reasonable effort to honor a request received before fulfillment begins, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has started. No cancellation fee applies when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.
